ROYAL PROCLAMATION

By Order of the Supreme Ruler of the Kingdom of Slightly-Left, it is decreed that:

Article the First: All citizens of Slightly-Left shall be required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Article the Second: All citizens of Slightly-Left shall be allowed to eat an extra helping of cake for breakfast, but not on Tuesdays.
