Our Story

Schrödinger's Cat Café was born out of a desire to serve the most delicious and confusing food in town. Our chef, Schrödinger himself, has a PhD in Quantum Physics and a passion for pastries.

We're open Tuesday through Sunday, but only if we feel like it. Our hours are subject to change based on the whims of the universe.
