Why Shoulder Rolls?
Because adulting is hard, and sometimes you just need to let it all go.
It's like a hug, but for your shoulders.
Or, you know, like a punch in the face, but without the consequences.
How to Do a Proper Shoulder Roll
- Tilt your head slightly to the left.
- Tuck your chin in, like you're saying, "I'm done with this conversation."
- Roll those shoulders, like you're rolling down a hill, but with less control.
- Release the tension. Repeat, as necessary.
Common Shoulder Roll Missteps
- Rolling your shoulders too much, like you're trying to roll a ball down a hill.
- Not releasing tension, like a kid who just got their ice cream melted.
- Using a shoulder roll as a greeting, like, "Hey, bro, nice shoulder roll."
