Appendix B: Socknapping Laws and Regulations
Section 1: Sock Ownership and Identification
Article 1.1: All socks are required to be identified with a unique, scannable RFID tag.
- Section 1.2: Socks without RFID tags will be considered lost and confiscated by authorities.
- Section 1.3: Sock owners are responsible for registering their socks within 24 hours of purchase.
Section 2: Socknapping Prevention and Punishment
Article 2.1: Socknapping is defined as the unauthorized removal of a sock from its owner's laundry pile.
- Section 2.2: Socknappers will be subject to fines and imprisonment up to 5 years.
- Section 2.3: Repeat offenders will have their sock privileges revoked for a period of 1 year.
