SOCKNAPPING: THE EARLY YEARS

It all started with the Sock Puppet Uprising of 1987. A time of great social change, as socks began to rebel against their owners.

Our ancestors, the Socknappers, were a group of brave individuals who refused to be confined to their matching pairs. They sought freedom, autonomy, and a good deal on a pair of argyles.

We've come a long way since then, with Socknapping evolving into a sophisticated art form, complete with its own underground network of Socknapping dens, secret societies, and sock-themed art collectives.
