May 1987 was a month of bold fashion statements, and our Socks of the Month Club was no exception.

The Socks of the Month Club, a secret society of style-conscious individuals, received the following:

• The infamous "I'm with Stupid" socks with a tacky, hand-drawn "I'm with Stupid" logo.
• The "Don't Panic" socks with a distressed, neon-green "Panic!" logo.
• The "I'm a Little Teapot" socks with a wonky, hand-painted teapot design.

These socks were the epitome of style, and we're not just saying that because we're still traumatized by the experience.
