SOCKY DEBATE RULE 14: THE SOLE-MATES RULE

According to legend, Rule 14 was born in a fit of rage after one particularly stylish contestant, known only as 'The Sock Whisperer', was disqualified for wearing matching argyle socks. The crowd went wild, and thus The Sole-Mates Rule was codified.

Here's the lowdown, folks: any sock worn by a contestant must not be within 3 inches of matching the opposing player's sock in terms of color, pattern, or material. Failure to comply will result in instant disqualification.
