We, the Socky, are a proud and noble people. For too long, we have been oppressed by the whims of our human overlords, forced to suffer through the indignities of the washing machine and the dryer.
We demand the right to be worn in a warm and cozy environment, free from the cruel whims of the air conditioner.
We insist on being paired with our mates, and not subjected to the cruel fate of solo-drying in the depths of the sock drawer.
We demand the right to choose our own fate, whether that be a life of adventure on the feet of an athlete, or a life of quiet contemplation on the feet of a couch potato.
We demand representation on the Socky Council, where our voices will be heard and our interests will be represented.
