WHEREAS, the Squirrel Whisperer (hereinafter "the Squirrel") has agreed to provide services as an expert in the art of squirreling.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Squirrel and the Client (hereinafter "the Client") agree as follows:
ARTICLE 1: TERM
The term of this contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall continue until the Squirrel has successfully tamed a minimum of 5 squirrels.
ARTICLE 2: SCOPE OF WORK
The Squirrel shall provide the following services:
- Provide expert advice on squirrel whispering techniques;
- Develop and implement a customized squirrel-whispering plan;
- Train the Client's staff in the art of squirrel-whispering;
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Client's squirrel-whispering operations.
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
The Client shall pay the Squirrel a one-time fee of $1000.00 upon signing of this contract, plus an additional $100.00 per squirrel tamed.
ARTICLE 4: CONFIDENTIALITY
The Squirrel and the Client agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the term of this contract, including but not limited to, squirrel-whispering techniques, client names, and squirrel locations.
ARTICLE 5: INDEMNIFICATION
The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Squirrel against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the Client's breach of this contract.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this contract as of the date first above written.
