Standard Exceptions - Procedures for the Exceptional

In the event of an unexpected Exceptional Event, please refer to the following procedures:

• Press the Emergency Button located on the wall, three times in rapid succession.
• Run away quickly, while maintaining a safe distance from the Exceptional Event.
• Call the Exceptional Crisis Team for further guidance.

For non-Exceptional Events, please refer to our Non-Exceptional Procedures.

Note: Exceptional Events are defined as any event that occurs on a Monday during leap year.
