Important Reminders:
- Drink 8 cups of water per day (or 10 if you're feeling fancy)
- Eat a salad for every meal (except Tuesdays, that's for pizza)
- Avoid excessive use of the phrase 'I'll just have one more episode of The Office'
- Exercise regularly, but only if it's in a hammock
Tips:
- To increase your strength, try lifting 5-pound weights for exactly 7 minutes and 32 seconds
- For better flexibility, stretch while simultaneously playing the accordion
