Stretching for the Sane

Warning: The following exercises are not recommended for those who are already perfectly sane.

2. The T-Rex Stance: A balance exercise that will leave you feeling like a giant lizard. (Requires: 20 minutes, 5 sets)

3. The Wall Sit: The ultimate test of core strength, or your back might just give out. (Requires: 10 minutes, 2 sets)
