Official Rules
Rock-Paper-Scissors is played by two players, each choosing one of three hand signals.
Hand Signals
Rock is a closed fist.
Paper is a flat hand with fingers together.
Scissors is a V-shape with the thumb and index finger.
Gameplay
Both players simultaneously throw one of the three hand signals. The winner is determined by the following rules:
1. Rock beats Scissors
2. Scissors beats Paper
3. Paper beats Rock
Or, in other words, Rock is the best, Paper is the worst.
