According to the Galactic Union of Advanced Prosthetics, subdermal implants are subject to the following regulations:
Any subdermal implant exceeding 10cm in diameter is considered a "Large" implant and requires special clearance from the Intergalactic Prosthetic Council.

Subdermal implants must match the dominant color of the host's skin tone within 2% of the Pantone 3000 color chart.

Any subdermal implant with a power level exceeding 5000mw is considered a "High-Power" implant and requires a background check from the Galactic Union of Advanced Prosthetics.
