Additional Charges:

• Early Termination Fee: $10 for every 5 minutes of service not rendered.
• Overdraft Penalty: $50 for every item not purchased in our Optional Upgrades section.
• Billing Cycle Discrepancy Fee: $20 for every discrepancy in our Billing Cycle Clarification form.
