Sunset Commission: Official Agreement

ARTICLE I: Purpose

The Sunset Commission is a non-profit organization dedicated to the pursuit of optimal sunset viewing experiences.

ARTICLE II: Membership

Membership is open to all individuals who have experienced at least 5 consecutive days of consecutive sunset viewing without incident.

ARTICLE III: Code of Conduct

All members shall adhere to the following guidelines:

• Arrive at the viewing site no less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event.
• Bring a sufficient supply of snacks and refreshments.
• Do not obstruct the view of fellow members.

ARTICLE IV: Termination

Membership may be terminated at the discretion of the Commission Chairperson upon 3 instances of:

• Excessive use of selfie sticks.
• Failure to bring sufficient snacks.
• Reckless disregard for the viewing site's parking regulations.
