It all started in the early 20th century, when a group of radical sushi chefs decided to take a stand against the tyranny of the traditional sushi bar. They sought to create a new, edgier form of sushi that would shake the foundations of the culinary world.
They called themselves the "Sushi Anarchists" and set out to create the most avant-garde, the most daring, and the most utterly ridiculous sushi the world had ever seen.
