Taco Tuesday Experiments is a research facility where we attempt to push the boundaries of what we consider "normal" in taco consumption.

Currently, we have 12 experimental taco stations, each with its unique flavor profile and experimental ingredient combination. Our scientists are on a mission to find the perfect taco.
