Article I: The Right to Tardiness

Whereas the right to arrive late has been enshrined in the Constitution, we, the people, now declare that the right to tardiness is also a fundamental right.

Section 1, Article I: The Right to Tardiness Shall Not Be Infringed

No person shall be compelled to arrive on time, nor shall any law or regulation be enacted to penalize those who arrive late.

Section 2, Article I: The Right to Tardiness Shall Be Protected and Defended

Every citizen shall have the right to arrive at their own pace, without fear of reprisal or persecution.

Section 3, Article I: The Right to Tardiness Shall Not Be Abrogated

Where the right to tardiness is threatened or infringed, the people shall not be silenced or oppressed.
