Team Building Exercises for the Modern Workplace

1. The Trust Fall

Participants will take turns attempting to catch each other as they jump off a 2-foot tall table. Results will be measured on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being "I caught my coworker and didn't even hurt them".

2. The Scavenger Hunt

Participants will be given a list of items to find around the office and the first person to find everything on the list wins. Prizes include: extra breaks, a year's supply of coffee, and the adoration of their coworkers.

3. The Escape Room

Participants will be "trapped" in a fake office and forced to work together to find a way out. Includes puzzles, clues, and one really hard lock.

4. The Team Trivia

Test your knowledge of office supplies, office politics, and office gossip. Results will be displayed on the office whiteboard for all to see.

5. The Talent Show

Show off your skills, talents, or complete lack thereof. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative use of a paperclip, the best impression of a cat, and the longest time spent trying to get the copier to work.
