- Yoga with Bob: A 30-minute session of downward-facing dog, followed by a 30-minute session of silently judging each other.
- Free Hugs: Our team of highly-skilled huggers will provide you with the physical touch you never knew you needed.
- Guided Meditations with Steve: Steve will lead you through 10 minutes of deep breathing exercises, followed by 10 minutes of frantic Googling.
