A: It's because our team members are actually just a bunch of misfits who can't get along, but the "Team Building" program is just a front for us to take breaks from each other's awful cooking and constant arguments over who left the capuccino in the break room.
A: Trust me, you don't want to know. Let's just say it involves a lot of forced team-bonding exercises, awkward trust-building games, and the occasional "who can eat the most nachos in 5 minutes" competition.
