Team member 2 is here, and they're not here to make friends.
They're here to optimize the server, and by "optimize" we mean "waste an inordinate amount of time playing Solitaire."
But don't worry, they're also here to make sure the server doesn't crash, unless you ask them to do the tango, in which case the whole system will probably go down.
