Technique #5: Binge-Watching
The Art of Consuming an Entire Season in One Sitting
1. Prepare for the Marathon: Clear your schedule for the next 12 hours. Cancel all social engagements, ignore work/school, and tell your family you have a "meeting."
2. Find Your Comfort Zone: Set up a cozy viewing space with snacks, a blanket, and a "do not disturb" sign.
3. Press Play: Start the first episode and do not pause for any reason. No bathroom breaks, no snack breaks, no checking your phone.
4. Binge On: Consume an entire season in as few sessions as possible. Set a timer for 10 hours, then reset it for 10 more.
5. Repeat: Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have watched the entire season, then cry yourself to sleep.
Bonus: If you must take a break, pretend you're a character from the show and have a dramatic, angsty conversation with yourself.
