As citizens of the New Order, we are called upon to revolt against the tyranny of subtlety and nuance. The time of soft focus is over. We will not be silenced by the gentle whispers of compromise. We will not be swayed by the soft focus of moderation.

We will be bold, we will be bright, we will be BRUTAL.

Article 3, Section 1, Subsection A, Paragraph 1:

The Neo-Brutalist Bill of Rights:

1. Article 1: The right to make poor design choices.
2. Article 2: The duty to make those choices with reckless abandon.
3. Article 3: The freedom to be wrong.
4. Article 4: The power to be loud.
