How to Compost Your Emotions

Step 3: Add some water - Drown your emotions in a sea of rational thinking. Let the logic and reason soak them out.
Step 4: Mix it up - Combine your emotions with some good old-fashioned self-care. A dash of yoga, a pinch of self-love, and a sprinkle of meditation will do the trick.
