Rulebook for the Intergalactic Tentacle Fencing Championship
Article I: General
The Intergalactic Tentacle Fencing Championship (ITFC) is a premier competition where the most skilled tentacle-wielding warriors from across the galaxy gather to show off their skills.
- Article I, Section 1: The ITFC shall be held annually, on the summer solstice.
- Article I, Section 2: The ITFC shall be governed by the Intergalactic Fencing Commission (IFC), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting tentacle-based sports.
Article II: Qualification
To qualify for the ITFC, competitors must have at least 3 years of experience in tentacle-wielding martial arts.
- Article II, Section 1: A competitor must submit their application at least 6 months prior to the championship date.
- Article II, Section 2: The competitor's tentacles must be registered with the IFC and meet the minimum standards for strength, agility, and coordination.
Article III: Conduct
Competitors shall conduct themselves in a sporting and respectful manner at all times.
- Article III, Section 1: No competitor may use their tentacles to intimidate, harass, or distract their opponents.
- Article III, Section 2: No competitor may attempt to modify their tentacles in any way that would give them an unfair advantage.
Article IV: Equipment
Competitors shall use only approved, IFC-certified equipment.
- Article IV, Section 1: Competitors shall use only IFC-approved tentacle gauntlets.
- Article IV, Section 2: Competitors shall wear only IFC-approved attire.
