This recovery plan is for those who have reached the peak of their addiction mountain. Congratulations on taking the first step!
- Step 1: Admit you're an addict
- Step 2: Get a therapist (this website)
- Step 3: Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for 12-18 months, or until you've exhausted your funds
- Step 4: Find a new hobby to replace your addiction (e.g., knitting, extreme ironing, or collecting antique door knobs)
Don't forget to schedule regular check-ins with your therapist to ensure you're on track!
