Therapist Tossing 101

Basic Techniques

Welcome to the art of throwing your therapist for dummies! This guide covers the fundamental techniques you'll need to become a master of therapist tossing.

To get started, make sure you're in a secure location with no breakables nearby. You don't want to damage any valuable items or people while you're practicing your toss.

Now, choose your target therapist wisely. Look for one who is sitting in a chair or on a couch, as these are the most vulnerable positions.

Approach your target with caution, keeping a 3-4 foot distance to ensure you have enough time to react in case things go south.

When you're ready, focus your energy and launch the therapist with a smooth, arcing motion. Try to aim for the therapist's shoulders or upper back for maximum impact.

As the therapist tumbles through the air, be prepared to dodge any flying objects or furniture that may have been dislodged during the toss.

For an added challenge, try tossing your therapist while they're in mid-sentence. This is known as the 'verbal toss.'
