Basics of Throwing with Both Hands

Step 1: Stance is key. Feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Don't look like a total amateur.

Step 2: Grip the ball with one hand. The other hand should be hovering nearby, ready to swoop in for the catch.

Step 3: Snap your wrist. Release the ball with a smooth, snappy motion. Don't wobble, don't jerk. You're not a wobbly-jerky mess.

Step 4: Follow through. Keep your arms extended, hands outstretched, and eyes on the prize.

Step 5: Repeat, repeat, repeat. Practice makes perfect, or in this case, slightly-less-bad.
