**Step 2: Prepare the Cookies** Arrange the cookies in a neat, aesthetically pleasing pattern on the tasting surface. No overlapping, no cookie shuffling.
**Step 3: Blindfold the Taster** Blindfold the taster to remove any pre-existing bias. We use only the finest, most secure blindfolds available.
