Tool FAQ: It Didn't Work

We've been told that it didn't work. Repeatedly. By multiple people. We're not sure what to do with that information.

Why didn't it work?

We're not entirely sure. The user manual says "just press the buttons and it will work." But that's not what the users are saying.

How do I fix it?

We've tried everything: hitting it with a hammer, pouring it in the deep fryer, and even bribing it with a free lunch. Nothing has worked. Yet.

Can I roll the dice and try again?

Of course, you can. But don't expect it to magically fix itself. We've been down that path before, and let's just say it didn't end well.
