Section 1, Subsection A: All participating tractor racers shall maintain a well-groomed mustache at all times. Failure to do so shall result in a 5-point penalty.
Section 1, Subsection A: Mustache RegulationsSection 2, Subsection B: Tractor racers shall be allowed a maximum of 5% engine efficiency. Any tractor found to be more efficient than this shall be subject to random and unpredictable fuel consumption penalties.
Section 2, Subsection B: Fuel Efficiency RegulationsSection 3, Subsection C: Tractor racers shall be allowed to perform bungee jumps from the starting line in order to "psych themselves up" for the race. This is completely optional, but highly recommended.
