Established in the year 3056 by the Galactic Trade Federation, this agreement governs the buying and selling of rare space rocks between the Zorvath, the G'Nighters and the Quargs.
Article I, Section A: All trade must be conducted through the official Galactic Trade Portal (GTP). Any trade conducted outside of the GTP will be subject to severe penalties, including but not limited to: trade sanctions, fines, and/or forced viewing of an infinite loop of the "I Will Always Remember You" holovision ad.
Article I, Section B: All trade must be done in the standard unit of Galactic Credits (GC). Any attempts to use alternative currencies will be met with extreme disfavor.
Article II, Section A: The Zorvath have exclusive rights to trade in the rare and valuable Gloopernuts. Any attempts by the G'Nighters or Quargs to purchase or sell Gloopernuts will be met with severe penalties.
Article II, Section B: The G'Nighters have exclusive rights to trade in the highly prized Snorpian crystals. Any attempts by the Zorvath or Quargs to purchase or sell Snorpian crystals will be met with extreme disfavor.
Article III, Section A: Any disputes between the signatory species will be resolved through the ancient art of Extreme Croquet, a game of skill and strategy played with a set of high-velocity mallets and a court of specially designed, reinforced, and heavily fortified, zero-gravity playing tables.
Article III, Section B: In the event of a dispute, the Galactic Trade Federation will appoint a panel of three impartial, yet highly skilled, and completely unbiased judges. These judges will be chosen from the most respected and feared species in the galaxy, the infamous and feared, Gorthokian Inquisitors.
