Article 3, Section 2: The Inalienable Rights of Galactic Trade

Article 3, Section 2 of the Inter-Planetary Trade Accord is a foundational principle of intergalactic commerce. It establishes the inalienable rights of all sentient beings to engage in trade and commerce without fear of reprisal or coercion from any entity.

Section 2, Subsection 3: The Right to Free Trade

1. The right to trade in goods and services without restriction, except as otherwise provided for in this Accord.
2. The right to engage in free and fair market practices, without undue influence or coercion from any entity.
