This is the official agreement for transferring ownership of the Galactic Empire of Puns.
Transferring party (Buyer) acknowledges that they are aware of the risks associated with owning a pun-filled intergalactic empire.
The Seller (Current Emperor of Puns) retains the rights to all existing puns, including but not limited to: "Punderful", "Pun-derful", "Punsylvania", and "The Puntastic Four".
The Buyer shall not attempt to replace or modify any of the existing puns, or they shall be subject to a fine of one billion Galactic Puns.
By signing below, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
