Welcome to the advanced trust falls techniques section, where you'll learn how to take your trust falls to the next level. But don't get too comfortable, or you might just find yourself face-first in a stranger's face.

3.1.3: The Art of the Backwards Trust Fall

In this technique, you'll fall backwards, relying on your spotters to catch you, but not before you shout "I'm a grown up!" at the top of your lungs.

• Requires two spotters, one for each side.
• Best practiced in a large, open space, like a field or a parking lot.
• Avoid practicing this technique near a pool, trust us, it's not a good idea.
