Chapter 1: Finding Your Leading

Step 1: Identify a surface to lead from.

• Choose a surface with sufficient traction.
• Ensure the surface is not too slick or uneven.

Step 2: Position your nose.

• Align your nose with the chosen surface.
• Adjust as needed for optimal leading.

Step 3: Apply Pressure.

• Gently press your nose onto the surface.
• Maintain pressure until desired leading is achieved.
