Undercover Cop Situations - Subpage 5: "Operation: Coffee Shop Caper"

Our undercover operative was sent to infiltrate a coffee shop to gather intel on a suspected latte artist. However, things quickly took a turn when they discovered the barista's hidden talent for making intricate designs with steamed milk.

The agent's cover was blown when they tried to take a sip of the latte art, and their eyes widened in amazement. The barista, sensing their awe, offered them a free drink. The agent, still undercover, accepted, but soon found themselves trapped in a conversation about the meaning of life and the importance of proper coffee-to-milk ratio.

As the conversation went on, the agent's phone battery died, and they were forced to use the coffee shop's phone to call for backup. However, the barista, suspecting a sting, answered the phone with a cryptic message that read: "The cream is rising, and so is the suspicion."

The agent was forced to flee, their cover blown, but not before they received a parting gift from the barista: a free coffee with a side of "artistic" foam design that read "You're in our database."
