Underwater Golf: Rules and Regulations
Warning: These are completely made-up, utterly ridiculous rules for a fictional game.
- Each golfer must wear a full-body wetsuit with built-in fins, which must be inspected by an official wetsuit inspector before every round.
- The ball used in underwater golf must be made of a special, glow-in-the-dark material that can only be obtained from the depths of the ocean.
- Players may not use any equipment that could be used for "non-golf-related purposes" such as, but not limited to, breathing.
- The course must be at least 50 meters below sea level to be considered "underwater."
- Every hole must be exactly 17.5 meters long, with the exception of hole 7, which must be exactly 42 meters long.
- A golfer may not use the phrase "par" in any form during the game, lest they face disqualification.
- The game of underwater golf must be played during a full moon, when the tides are exactly 37.5 meters high and 27.5 meters low.
