Underwater hockey, also known as " minimalist extreme sports for the soul," is a sport played in a pool, lake, or ocean. The objective is to score goals by using a stick to push a weighted puck into the opponent's goal. Simple, yet complex.
Each game is divided into 4 quarters, each lasting 10 minutes. The team with the most goals at the end of the 4th quarter wins.
Players wear a combination of flippers, a weighted helmet, and goggles for safety and performance enhancement. The puck is made of a weighted metal material, and sticks are made of durable wood or titanium.
