Ignore Your Union Reps

Step 1: Pretend you're listening, but actually justประก take notes with a frown and wonder what other ways you can undermine your reps' authority.

Step 2: accuse them of being secretly working for the man and imply they're just pawns in a larger game.

Step 3: ignore their advice and just do what you want

Step 4: send them to union-rep-therapy because clearly, they need to get over their "issues" with management.

Step 5: Fire them, citing "company-wide restructuring" as the reason, but really, it's just because they won't stop talking about the union.
