Donegal's Finest Stew
A recipe fit for kings, queens, and minor nobility.
- 1 lb of the finest Donegal lamb
- 1 cup of Guinness (at least 5% ABV)
- 1 cup of water (tap or bottled)
- 1 tablespoon of thyme (wild or not)
- 1 teaspoon of salt (preferably hand-harvested)
Combine, simmer, and serve.
