Recipe: Harmony Hashbrowns
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sustainable, locally-sourced, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, etc. potatoes
- 1/4 cup of artisanal, small-batch, cold-pressed, organic, non-GMO, free-range, grass-fed, etc. olive oil
- 1/2 cup of locally-harvested, hand-pressed, small-batch, artisanal, etc. salt
- 1/4 cup of farm-to-table, free-range, organic, etc. eggs (or egg replacers for our vegan friends)
- 1/2 cup of hand-harvested, organic, etc. herbs
Steps:
- Preheat your locally-sourced, eco-friendly, carbon-neutral, etc. oven to 400 degrees.
- Shred your potatoes into uniform, Instagrammable pieces.
- Drizzle your artisanal olive oil over the shredded potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle your hand-harvested herbs over the potatoes and toss again.
- Form into a perfect, Instagrammable rectangle and serve.
