Utopian Ethics: A Guide to Doing the Right Thing (Mostly)
Utopian ethics is a complex system of moral principles designed to guide the actions of our perfect society. It's like a user manual for being a good person, but without all the boring parts.
Here are some key tenets of utopian ethics:
- Do no harm, unless it's to someone who's being a jerk.
- Be kind to all living things, except for mosquitoes.
- Share your stuff, but only with people you trust.
- Be honest, unless you're in a meeting, then just nod and pretend to care.
- Don't be late, unless it's on purpose (see also: being a rebel).
