Yesterday, the top seed in the Extreme Ironing competition, Team Harmony, took a crushing 4-0 lead over their arch-rivals, Team Discord. But don't count out Team Discord just yet - they've been known to pull off a few upsets in their time.
Meanwhile, in the Freerunning competition, the crowd went wild as athlete 3456, "The Whirlwind" Wong, executed a flawless 360-degree spin while navigating the obstacle course. We're not sure what's more impressive, the athleticism or the haircut.
