Our Deputy's duties include:

• Re-reading every memo at least 3 times for any signs of errors or inconsistencies.
• Re-creating spreadsheets to ensure all numbers add up.
• Re-writing every press release to make sure all commas are used correctly.
• Re-checking every meeting minutes for any typos or grammatical errors.
