After the Great Cheese Incident of 2053, the world was forever changed. The once-clear skies were now a deep shade of orange, thanks to the mysterious cheese particles released during the catastrophic event.
As the dust settled, the city of New New York was left in shambles. The skyscrapers stood as empty, hollow sentinels, their windows blown out like shattered eyes.
But amidst the ruins, a glimmer of hope emerged. In the depths of the city's sewer system, a small group of survivors banded together, determined to rebuild and restart society.
And so, the New New Yorkers began anew, their hearts filled with hope and their bellies filled with... well, not-so-moldy cheese.
