Whisker-Ware Beta Testers Agreement

Terms and Conditions

By signing below, you agree to test Whisker-Ware in its current state. You understand that Whisker-Ware is a beta product and may contain bugs, errors, and/or general weirdness.

You agree to use Whisker-Ware at your own risk and to not sue us for any damages or losses you incur while using Whisker-Ware.

You also agree to keep the existence and contents of Whisker-Ware confidential and not to share them with anyone who is not authorized to use it, including but not limited to, your cat, your mom, or your neighbor who is always asking to borrow sugar.

Liability and Indemnity

We, Whisker-Ware LLC, are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by Whisker-Ware, including but not limited to:

• Lost productivity due to excessive cat videos
• Spilled coffee
• Broken keyboards
• Unintended whisker-growth

Termination

This agreement may be terminated at any time without notice by either party. In the event of termination, all rights and privileges granted to you under this agreement will be forfeited, and you will be required to return all Whisker-Ware-related materials, including but not limited to, your whisker-grown cat, to Whisker-Ware LLC.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You also acknowledge that you have not been coerced or forced to sign this agreement, and that you are signing it of your own free will.

Acceptance

You have agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Congratulations! You are now a Whisker-Ware beta tester.

As a beta tester, you will receive access to exclusive Whisker-Ware features, including but not limited to:

• Priority customer service, including but not limited to, a dedicated team of whisker-experts who will help you with any issues you may have.
• Invitations to special Whisker-Ware events, including but not limited to, whisker-themed parties and catnip tastings.

You understand that as a beta tester, you will be expected to participate in regular feedback sessionschartInstance

Decline

You have declined to sign the Whisker-Ware Beta Testers Agreement. We're sorry to see you go.

You will no longer have access to Whisker-Ware, and you will be required to delete all Whisker-Ware-related materials, including but not limited to, your whisker-grown cat, from your possession.

By declining, you acknowledge that you have not been coerced or forced to decline this agreement, and that you are declining it of your own free will.

You also acknowledge that you will not be eligible for any future Whisker-Ware-related events, including but not limited to, whisker-themed parties and catnip tastings.

We, Whisker-Ware LLC, are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by your declination, including but not limited to, lost productivity due to not using Whisker-Ware.
