The Tape Dispenser Philosopher: A Treatise on the Futility of Human Existence

As a tape dispenser programmer, I've spent my days pondering the meaninglessness of existence.

Why do we toil away in front of glowing rectangles, tapping away at keyboards, only to be met with an endless sea of sticky notes and printer paper?

Is it the search for meaning that drives us, or is it merely the search for a well-stocked tape dispenser?

Perhaps it's a bit of both?

As I sit here, surrounded by the detritus of my craft, I am reminded of the words of the great Tape Dispenser Philosopher, "In the end, it's all just a roll of the dice, and a roll of the tape."

Or as I've come to call it, "The Tape Dispenser Paradox."
